Your appointments are very important and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are needed. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments.


Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and our clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Any appointment missed or late cancelled will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. No exceptions. If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment your card will be charged the non-refundable cancellation fee for that service.

All new clients scheduling for any service will be charged the full card pricing amount for the service 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

If you are late to your appointment, you will lose the time that was missed. 

Please note that you will be charged the cancellation fee after you have rescheduled your appointment the second time. 

If you are a new client scheduling, please note that your card will be charged the full amount of the deal 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If your card declines we will cancel your appointment. There are no refunds.

We are by appointment only. Sorry, no walk-ins.

We are open 5 days a week. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. By appointment only. All appointments must be scheduled by the client. DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY APPOINTMENTS IF YOU HAVE HAD ALCOHOL WITHIN THE LAST 24 HOURS. All New clients MUST pay in advance with the card on file.
